I attended a conference at this hotel, I liked it has a big car park. Reception and rooms have a big hotel chain feel, I found it of decent quality.
I think the food and drink are priced a little high.

The check-in was smooth, and the staff provided a complimentary drink. my bed was clean and the pillows were comfortable. i got a good night's sleep. the modern shower was powerful and easy to adjust. It offered a good experience.

A good and well-kept experience.

The reception staff were efficient. My room included a bath and a shower. The breakfast buffet offered a wide choice of vegetarian food, all fresh and well-presented. The chefs maintained a clean and efficient open kitchen. Their commitment was apparent!!!
The sealant around the hot tub in the pool area was coming away. There was a visible gap underneath.

The service team were attentive and polite. They were always ready to assist and seemed genuinely happy to work there. I noticed staff members proactively addressing guest needs, a sign of good training and dedication. Staff smiles made a difference.
